Medical Marijuana / Cannabis as well as low THC products are legal in Florida with multiple restrictions. Patients must be seen by a physician certified in Medical Marijuana evaluations.  They must also obtain a MM card from the state.  There are a list of conditions eligible for MM treatment.

  • Cancer 

  • Epilepsy 

  • Glaucoma 

  • HIV+

  • AIDS

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder 

  • Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis 

  • Crohn's disease 

  • Parkinson's disease 

  • Multiple sclerosis 

  • Medical conditions of the same kind or class as or comparable to those listed 

  • Terminal illness 

  • Chronic nonmalignant pain

    MM must be obtained from one of the state-certified dispensaries. Please contact our office for more information or to make an appointment.
